AI for Industrial Designers

A practical one-hour session exploring how multi-model, node-based generative AI platforms can support industrial design workflows. Through live demonstrations in Figma Weave, Toyah will show how connected workflows can make concept exploration and product visualisation faster, more controlled and repeatable.

The session will cover:

  • Taking a sketch or CAD view through a connected node workflow

  • Developing and comparing concept variations

  • Testing materials, colours and finishes

  • Using 3D nodes to explore and control product views

  • Compositing products into environments 

  • Using node batching to generate multiple outputs efficiently

  • Building reusable visualisation workflows

  • Refining and upscaling visuals
